The Sears Technician, Michael, was knowledgeable, competent and professional in his assessment of the cause of our clothes dryer's operation failure. He answered our questions about whether to replace or repair a 12 year old appliance and we trusted his opinion. We elected to repair the dryer, which he did, and did this in a total of not more than 50 mins. Sears has an exemplary employee and is lucky to have him.
