Juan arrived at the time he had said in his 'on the way' call. He was very professional. Went straight to the machine, pulled it out from wall, and after a couple of questions about problem, determined it was faulty timer. Retrieved a replacement part, installed it, and pronounced it fixed. I have been using it this afternoon and it is working perfectly. 2/20/2026 Juan arrived and went straight to work. The problem described as ‘agitator doesn’t work’ led him to believe it was an ‘actuator’ issue. He replaced it with part on his truck. Thought problem was fixed but when it came to spin cycle, it was knocking like crazy, so he replaced the replacements that had been ordered. He checked it again and felt it was fixed. First (and only) load I ran after he left it sounded worse than ever, shook machine around terribly. Need to revisit this problem immediately. Please! Send someone to find solution?
