I have a Sears Home Warranty and it was time for my furnace maintenance check for the winter. I didn’t have to pay a copay for this service, which was good. However, calling to setup an appointment is rather difficult, because they don’t have an option on the menu for maintenance, only service and the system still wants to collect the $75 service fee prior to setting up an appointment just to service AC/Heat.

David is very professional. He repaired the problem. I am very satisfied with this service.

I had two repairmen today, one regarding my oven and washing machine. The other was for my refrigerator. They were very efficient, took care of the problem, and both gave me some good tips. Both had to order parts and did so before they left.
