He replaced a part and didn't fix it. I explained before all of this what parts would need to be replaced. Just not pleased with anything. I have not been able to use my washing machine now for almost a month.

I called this number to set up my appointment to have my washer repaired. Before they ever came to do the repair they said that I had to give them my credit card information and pay a amount to reserve the appointment. No way.. I decided right then not to use their services. I have never had to pay or give my credit card number before they ever seen what the problem is.

Appt was 8-12. Got msg at 11 he was on his way. Arrived at 12:15 saying he was late b/c he was on break. At 12:50 he said he had to take his lunch break by 1:00 & left. Was “on hold” for someone at Sears, but couldn’t wait on them to answer b/c was time for lunch.

Was not impressed with the 1st person who came out to fix the dishwasher. He did not order all the parts needed so when the 2nd guy came out he couldn't fix it. The third guy came out and fixed it with ease because he had all the parts. The 2 last guys were good and knowledgeable. It was just a shame that it took almost 1 month to have it fixed with 3 separate techs. For all the cost of labor they could have just put in a new dishwasher. The Sears service call center was impossible to get in touch with and most were rude when I called.

Couldn’t fix the leak because the dish washer that was pouring water on the last run would not leak! Wasted $100!
