Steven was very nice and seemed experienced in installing glass tops on stoves. He did not have an assistant to help hold the top in place so I assisted when he needed an extra hand. I did not mind doing that. The service was done yesterday so I have not given it a thorough test of how well it works. But Steven was courteous and knowledgeable and did a good job as far as I know.

Carolyn was great. Having to deal with AI to get service through Sears was awful. Rescheduled appointments is another complaint. Do better Sears.
