Carolyn was great. Having to deal with AI to get service through Sears was awful. Rescheduled appointments is another complaint. Do better Sears.

Jimmy was terrific. He was exactly on time, and was very efficient at replacing the icemaker on my refrigerator. He went above and beyond by verifying that all of my other appliances were covered on my maintenance agreement. Top notch representative of Sears.
