After 2 technicians attempting to repair washer, and it still not working, I should have sears get the old washer and refund the money. I feel that the technicians should have looked much closer at things to make sure they saw everything and advise better than they did. Sears service USED to be better than this and more honest. I just feel that this was not handled as well as it should have been. My family is out money they shouldn't be. Todays businesses are not as concerned about people as they are at making a profit. Nobody ever said, perhaps it would be wiser to purchase a new washer, it will cost tto much to fix than to replace. Neither technician said that. Very disappointed in their guidance. I know this will not change anything. Below it ask how much, let's just say 2 pay checks for two repairs that could have been avoided.

They had me to wait 8 hours and didn’t show up for the service appointment even after updating my contact information with their AI chat service hours prior. The service providers need to get an individual to talk to people instead of AI chat only. I would recommend someone else to preform the service other than this appliance company. The information the sent me about not being able to contact me because of wrong phone number was not the truth. Please get the facts straight before sending emails with inaccurate information. The bottom line the company is not a professional or honest company from my opinion. I recommend getting someone else instead of them. A real live agent is the best way instead of some AI chat service. I waisted 8 hours waiting for service and a 45 minute drive for this appointment. and a no show from them or phone call.

Cody had 2 appointments gor service snd didnt show up gor either one. Did not call, 1st time sent a pic of trees. 2nd time daid he was inable to locate house. It is clearly marked, then forged a signature for a missed visit.
