Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem I was having with my Samsung dryer. Less than 24 hours of placing the call, repairs were made and my dryer was back working.

Jesse is an amazing Tech. To say he went overboard to fix my problem would be an understatement. Getting in touch with someone via call center was a nightmare!!!! Jesse fixed all that. Great job hiring him. 👍👍👍
