Courteous, professional, and determined. After 10 weeks and over $1200 they finally repaired the $500 dishwasher.

I ordered service for my refrigerator told him it was leaking from a water line that was leaking in the back, he said that wasn't it all it needed was defrosted and vacuum out. A week later it's leaking a again comes back out, he say that he doesn't have the part to fix it, he's going to order the part, I called about the part, month later. Said it's been order. Over 6 months later no part. Not good business. All of my appliances are from Sears, such a disappointment. First time have trouble with one.
