Sears repair service: The 3rd technician was great however, I am not happy about paying $500.00 plus dollars and 3 technicians later that my refrigerator was unable to be fixed because the parts are no longer available. Why was the 1st or 2nd technicians unaware that this could be a problem. Now I have to purchase a new refrigerator two weeks later. There should be some kind of recourse for customers that have this problem. At least recover a portion of this exorbitant fee.
