Kevin was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure our Dryer was fixed same day (even though he didn’t have the part). He went to find another service truck around the area to pick up to part for our dryer so we had a functioning dryer for Thanksgiving. Wish I could give him more than 5 ⭐️!
