Due to the reputation and intergarty of Sear I trusted your company to be fair and uphold the intergarty of Sear, needless to say I was very disappointed. In the frist tec. Lack of professionalism. However thats another story all together. Please note the attached invoice. We were billed $127.37 for a part that costed $19.77 (Amazon) which was delivered to our home on 11-9-2024. On 11-11 a different tec. show up installed the part , it took the very professional tec. less that 10 min. to install and we were billed $369.95 for labor. I belive that "if you treat your customers with respect and fairness it grows the company and allows your company to maintain a good respectful house hold name".

Would have given 5 stars . But two days after the initial visit my warranty company still has not gotten the pics they need to finalize my claim. So until then sitting with a bad refrigerator and spoiling food.
