Cody H. came to inspect our nonworking washer on June 27 through our home warranty. He determined the washer was irreparable but never submitted his report to AHS. It’s now been 2.5 weeks, and I’ve been stuck going back and forth with my home warranty because Sears can’t locate or provide the report. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Completely unacceptable service.

Horrible and fraudulent. Came to repair a broken fridge as part of Sears home warrantee and told me it could not be fixed. When I followed up with the warrantee company they told me that the technician documented I refused service. What? Now I am still sitting here with a broken fridge. The technician will not call back either. Deserves a law suit

Sears had me fill out all this paperwork of the issue with my microwave before the tech came out weeks before appointment day to make sure they brought the correct part the first time. Well after waiting 2 weeks and the technician finally came out they didn’t have the correct faulty part. So I then had to wait another 3-4weeks (A MONTH) because they didn’t have any open appointments available. I got tired of waiting and ordered the broken part myself and fixed it because I couldn’t wait another 3-4weeks for them to come back out and try to fix my appliance. The day the tech finally came back out I told him I had fixed the item myself because I couldn’t wait that long to have my item fixed mind you it’s been a month already. I asked would I be getting a refund since I fixed it myself and that they didn’t fix it and the tech laughed and said no. This place is a joke! Please take your problems elsewhere otherwise you’re gonna end up screwed and out of pocket how I was

Rendel did an excellent job however, the Sears service department is absolutely horrible. Only automated service and no live person to speak with. Waited for a week for tech to come first time. Ordered part that was delivered in 2 days but had to wait another 1.5 weeks for tech to come back out. Rendel was awesome but the rest of the system sucks

Highly unsatisfied. Randell was not the problem. The problem was Sears Services. I have been without a brand new dryer because of mechanical issues for 2 months. You provide zero time window for appointments and force people to take off work, and sit at home waiting. You guys cancel without advanced notice the day of service appointment. You cannot reach a human on the phone or through email. You cancelled twice on me and it took almost two months to get someone here to fix a dryer under warranty that was bought 2.5 months ago. Once here, your technician was here for all of 15 minutes to tell me he could not fix the problem. Highly unsatisfied and will never recommend you to a single person. Unacceptable and awful customer service.

They canceled twice..then when the service guy finished troubleshooting he didn't say or show us nothing that was damaged...I will never recommend this guy for anyone.....horrible service guy he lied on his report

This was the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a whirpool stackable dryer that wouldn't start, so I made an appointment and they sent a technician the NEXT DAY. He ended up having to order the part, so I made a return appointment with him for the next week. I also paid for the entire service that day. My appointment day came, and it was cancelled by Sears, so I rescheduled for the next available date. That day was today, and guess what, they cancelled again! I have been trying to get in contact with them all day to cancel and get a refund, but they have made their phone services all AI. I then decided to drive to their location listed on Google, and maps told me the address was invalid. I will never use this company again, and I recommend you don't either!

Scheduled an appointment in January, the tech came out, he was nice and professional. He changed the fuse and said it has to be the vents that need to be cleaned out. I called the apartment complex and they sent someone to clean the vent and tried multiple things. It’s now over 90 days and my dryer still is not working properly. The apartment was nice enough to lend me another dryer to use and that is working fine. I paid almost $500 and my dryer still is not working. Sears will not give me a refund and wants to charge me to send another technician out. I will NEVER use them again for anything nor refer anyone to them. I am very disappointed!!!!

The tech didn’t even show up or call after rescheduling two or three times. The time they did come, they were fairly rude and didn’t seem to care about actually diagnosing the problem.
