This is the second repair that has been completed by Rendel through our home warranty and both times have been a breeze. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to come back quickly after the part was ordered to fix it.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN I OPENED MY DOOR, HE DID NOT EXTEND GREETING JUST ENTERED MY HOME AND WAITED YO BE ESCORTED YO MY KITCHEN. SERVICE WAS THROUGH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD… BUT I WILL NOT USE SEARS AGAIN AT ALL!!!! 6/30/26 @1600, the serviceman was much better than the above rating. He was polite, professional and had a cordial and pleasant demeanor. With that being said, I am well pleased with the service I received on today.
