There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with Robert was. He came in, went right to work and repaired my stove that has not worked since I bought this house. Three other repair people were unable/unwilling to fix it. Thank you so much Robert! I really appreciate you!

Mr. Rendel was not able to find any problem. The terrific scraping noise did not occur when the refrigerator was turned on. We have to wait and see if it occurs again.
