I'm writing to provide feedback on the excellent service I received from Andre and his partner at Sears home services. My oven was inoperable and I was worried with the Thanksgiving holidays arriving so quickly. Andre and his partner were very knowledgeable and patiently explained the diagnostic findings and necessary repair options. They were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated their professionalism, clear communication and honesty. The repair was done correctly the first time and my stove is now working perfectly.
