We would raise that rating higher if available. Robert was great and his knowledge and expertise was quite apparent. Took him very little time to diagnose but had to order the right part. We were skeptical that the part would be in the next day as he said, but it sure was. How wonderful to have such an experienced and cordial guy help with our problem. We would highly recommend Sears Services and Robert to any and everyone needing help.

Rendell was great. He got right to the problem. The website and chat bot still stink and are hard to navigate when trying to add to the billing update.
