The technician was very sweet and thorough. However, I would not recommend using using Sears repair service! We had a Lowe’s warranty and it sears repair for us, the first appointment was rescheduled because they were 90% sure that certain parts were needed. When the next appointment , For the following week, came about it was canceled at 12:10 in the afternoon, after my husband had already took off work. When they rescheduled it, it was two weeks later due to the Fourth of July being in the next week and they could only come out on Thursday. I took off for that appointment, and the technician did not arrive until after 3 o’clock, where I could have went to work for a full day. The parts that were ordered were not all that was needed, so Moore parts were ordered and another appointment was set up for the following Friday. Appointment they canceled on us at 4:15 PM. My husband had took off this whole day also. At first, we were told they were overbooked, I told them they needed to cancel someone else then and come to my home that it had been over a month that we were without our stove. She then changed her story to the fact that she had no one available because they had all gone home for the day. The appointment time was from 7 to 6 PM. It was only 415 So now I had to takeoff a day of work for my appointment today to which they did not arrive until after 130.

This was a Choice Home Warranty based visit to repair our Heat Pump system. The technician was not appraised of all the issues so an additional visit was needed. The day that visit was to occur I was told the work order was improperly coded bt CHW so they could not work on the system. Now CHW is supposed to have another tech

They have my address wrong and it didn't matter how many times I logged on, it would not accept the correct address, I finally requested the tech call me before coming. The tech was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing as he fixed my washer. I do think they could narrow down the service appointment time - had to wait 8-5 and I was the last call. The service was great, dealing with Sears AI robot on the computer was horrible, you cannot reach a human no matter what so you have to keep trying which is ridiculous. Would I use the Tech again, absolutely!!!! Would I purchase a warranty on other appliances, Not On Your Life!

They were on time and very professional. The cost to replace a top shelf glider right side of my kitchen aide dishwasher, was over 500.00. I ordered one for 37.00 and my daughter installed in less than an hour. Thanks , but no thanks. Thats price gouging. I can buy a new one for 900.00 and have a longer warranty. I paid service charge and sent them on their way.
