The service was scheduled for July 29th on July 19th. I waited from 8am until about 5 pm with no call or updates on my service to my dryer. I tried calling the provided customer service number but was not provided the option of speaking with a live person. I tried the chat option on your site, only to be provided select choices. Your chat doesn’t allow customers to type questions or input information. I then had to call the home warranty customer support to have them call your company. The gentleman then called and arrived at around 5:15 pm. Totally dissatisfied!

The technicians replaced the heating element in dryer; it worked but the dryer wouldn't cool down unless I unplugged it. They refused to correct the problem without me opening another ticket. During their service call they tried to sell a whole home warranty, which I refused. Everyone is out to rip you off.

Terrible experience. My appointment was rescheduled twice. I kept getting text confirmations showing appt set for a date in May.... even though we're in June! When tech finally showed up he quickly changed out the part and left. He didnt test the part to verify it worked. Needless to say, my dishwasher is STILL broken. After 2 weeks, im back at square one.

Checked a/c said it was ok, but a/c was not holding temperature on thermostat, low on freon , i asked was it low, he never gauged it

The technician did not fix our washing machine properly. After the visit, the washer fills with water and then immediately drains, but it never proceeds through the rest of the wash cycle. The issue we originally reported was not resolved, and the machine is still not usable. This has caused continued inconvenience, especially since the problem was supposed to be fixed during the service visit. We are disappointed with the service and expect a proper repair so the washer can complete a full cycle as designed.
