They are a rip-off. I always read reviews before hiring anyone, but this time I was in a hurry to find someone because my mom needed repairs on her old dryer that she wanted to keep. They charged us a service fee for coming out, which is part of their plan. They know that paying $441 to fix an old appliance is crazy! To make matters worse, the technician arrived just 30 minutes before they closed on Friday. I know I should have canceled, but we do so much for our parents—pretty much anything to make them happy and comfortable. Just so you know, I called someone else afterward, and he was only going to charge $150 plus a $35 fee for traveling from Florida. That total was still less than the $441 I was quoted! She'll be getting a new washer and dryer for 🎄. Thanks for nothing.

Would not use them. They’re extremely expensive and diagnosed my oven to replace the control board. I bought the control board and replaced for $140, they wanted almost $700. Replaced it and the problem still continues. Asked if they would have replaced it and that didn’t fix the problem, would they refund me and they said no.

The techs were fine but they did not have the device to test the compressor on the ice machine..so they were guessing what the problem was and told me they could not get the part. I sent pictures as requested . If parts are not available then why did Sears send someone out that cost me $119! I would like a refund. I would not recommend Sears service until I get a reply.

They sent someone out here because my refrigerator wasn’t blowing cold anymore. They installed a new fan. Not only is the fridge STILL not cold but that new fan is loud. They don’t have a number where I can reach anyone so it’s all ridiculous

After multiple visits and ordering the wrong parts, they said issue was fixed but still happening. When you call them, you have to talk to a virtual AI agent that doesn't helps at all without being able to talk to a person. Terrible experience.

Got a second quote for repairs for less than half what Sears quoted, plus raising the lid on washing machine and stating within 30 seconds we need to buy a new one is not service
