The tech shined his light in the back of the unit, said it needed cleaning and a middle fan, and left. According to Cinch Home Warranty the fan was not mentioned in his report. There was also conflicting ETA.

Not good service. It took over 30 days to get my dishwasher repaired. 😡. Dishwasher went out on September 14th. Still not repaired. I was promised a replacement last week. Crickets from Sears. Coming up on holidays with no dishwasher. Terrible service. 😡😡😡

My service issue was my washer was leaking water from somewhere and I couldn't find it. The technician come to take a look and misdiagnosed the problem. He ran the machine thru a cycle and said it was my drain that was backing up and I need a plumber. Not to mention the first thing he asked for was payment first. So I put a load in the washer again to see. 1. If it was my drain than water would be on the wall, it wasn't. 2. The drain port has a dip so it will have to fill and then overflow, again water should be on the wall. I will not be using this company again.

I had an appliance repair "expert" come out to the house while I was out because the dishwasher was not draining. The "expert" was friendly, but not knowledgable. After <5 minutes, he came to the conclusion that the dishwasher was broken and needed replacement. He did no basic troubleshooting to come to this conclusion. He did not evaluate the dishwasher or look under the sink. The price for this advice was $119. Based off the "professional" recommendations, I purchased a new dishwasher. After installing the new dishwasher, I had the exact same issue! Come to find out the disposal drain plug had not been removed. A 60 second fix. When I attempted to contact the "expert" he refused to speak with me. The office number sends you to an international call center, and there are no easy ways of communication. Quite frankly, they do not have "experts" making their home visits and recommendations. Again, I have tried to reach out multiple times, and multiple ways just to give feedback, but they have refused to discuss the situation.
