Felt like I was being ripped off even though my refrigerator was under warranty. The repair guy himself was professional but as far as Kenmore standing behind their product, don’t hold your breath. 3000.00 refrigerator only 1.5 years old and 1000.00 to replace the compressor. Hello Samsung…

Techs did not discuss the issues with me. I asked if they were finished and they told me “no” they had to do some research in the van and then left with no notice. I let them know the indoor unit was moved outside when it malfunctioned due to smell and they then noted it was broken due to being outside.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Got a call in the morning said they’d be there between 9:30 and 10:00. 4:00pm comes around and I called back and he just said “oh I thought I came, no wait, the guy before said someone had already removed the cover so we can’t work on it”. The second guy never said anything to me about it, wasn’t listed in any documents I received and the first guy couldn’t even go into my decent sized attic. I still don’t have heat in my old house with single pain windows where my 1 year old lives. Pissed doesn’t even describe me.

I have not heard anything from this company since they ordered my oven glass door replacement over one month ago. I have called too many numbers and filled out too many text/ online service reviews to count. I would never again buy and Extended warranty from Chavis of Chickasaw, Centricity or even purchase a GE product again. My next stop is Mobile Alabama BBB.

Wish we could give 0 stars. We had an appointment for October 31st the technician was to arrive between 8-5pm. At 4:50 pm via text we were told the appointment had to be rescheduled to 11/4/23 again 8-5pm. No one ever showed up or were we contacted. A third appointment was set for 11/6/23 again 8-5 pm. Again NO technician. A fourth appointment was given 11/9/23 8-5pm. At 4:55 pm we were informed that the technician would be at our home by 5:45 pm. Instead 15 minutes later our appointment was cancelled and a 5th appointment was made for the 11/13/23 again. 8-5 pm. DO NOT recommend this business for ANY repairs!!!
