Original problem with our 13 year old Bosch was not duplicated so the problem diagnosis was incomplete. Had a good visit with spouse that included possible repair options that could require more expensive parts. We decided to go with our usual fix, out with the old in with the new.

Cortez Fletcher called ahead to let me know he would arrive within 30 minutes. He was on time and got started right away. He completed the repair and gave us suggestions on how to maintain our washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We appreciated his professionalism and genuine friendliness.
