The service provided by August was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous during the installation of the replacement components. I also want to provide a 5 star rating to Daniel Cole who conducted the initial evaluation of the damaged icemaker assembly. He was technically skilled, efficient and courteous. He also took the time to explain the critical issues regarding the assembly, which included ordering the correct components.
