Matt was awesome. He called to let me know where I was on his appointment list which was towards the very end of the day. He also called when he was headed my way. He was very professional,friendly, polite and actually discussed the problems with the washing machine with me instead of ignoring most of what I said like the past repair guy. Matt ordered My parts came back & fixed it really quick this morning & did a great job. If I have anything else to go wrong I would definitely call on Matt again. Thank you.
