Chris, the tech, was friendly, went straight to dryer, and completed the job in a short time. I was pleased & grateful.

The technician did his job but it took almost 2 months to get my washer repaired! This company uses automation to answer their phone and they will not let you speak to a person. They cancelled 2 weeks ago saying 2 parts were not here yet but, they were. They just didn’t let me tell them. Also, they only come to my area on Tuesdays so if he runs out of time, you are moved another week out! This has been so frustrating. I just pray that this will not break down again.
