Sears home Repair has had four people out to fix this icemaker. The first technician charged over $600 for parts when the parts were arrived. A new technician came out and left because he could not fix the machine. So far we have had four technicians out with no success and I’ve paid for parts that I was told we needed. I would like a new machine or a credit for my parts I will never use Sea’s home service again

What service repairman come in your home take a look at the unit to repair. While playing with a handheld device and demand payment before he goes to work or he would leave. So I gave him the check and he still left without checking out the washer machine. After staying home all day waiting for this person and wasting value time SEAR Service repairman isn't a service I recommend.

We have to use Sears because we have American Home Warranty. They are the worst company to deal with. Can never reach a human. They kept cancelling my repair appointments without notifying me and I went 7 weeks without a washing machine. They have no customer respect and I have no respect for that company. Their techie Jimmie, is the greatest and should start his own business. Sears has definetly gone down hill. UPDATE SEARS PROVIDES A 800 NUMBER TO CALL TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. CRAP SHOOT!!! They have no interest in resoIving the issues at hand and it is the same number that just puts you in circles. No way to talk to a human and does not have a selection to choose from to resolve issues. Nice try Sears. You have my number you call me! In the mean time the UPS person knows, the FED EX multiple drivers know, the postal people know and I am sure you know how many people they know and the Lord above knows. aWord of mouth is the best advertising!!!!
