We have to use Sears because we have American Home Warranty. They are the worst company to deal with. Can never reach a human. They kept cancelling my repair appointments without notifying me and I went 7 weeks without a washing machine. They have no customer respect and I have no respect for that company. Their techie Jimmie, is the greatest and should start his own business. Sears has definetly gone down hill. UPDATE SEARS PROVIDES A 800 NUMBER TO CALL TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES. CRAP SHOOT!!! They have no interest in resoIving the issues at hand and it is the same number that just puts you in circles. No way to talk to a human and does not have a selection to choose from to resolve issues. Nice try Sears. You have my number you call me! In the mean time the UPS person knows, the FED EX multiple drivers know, the postal people know and I am sure you know how many people they know and the Lord above knows. aWord of mouth is the best advertising!!!!
