Worst company and no management. Warranty is all crap. It's not the techs fault but management. How do I know you ask? I worded there for 20 years and was terminated under FMLA. The techs got a pay cut across the nation. Everything is AI generated including when you call in.They treat techs like garbage and are not family oriented. They want the techs to call in on anything and someone else tells them if they can order the parts needed for repair. The one who comes to your home can't do anything to help. No parts on the van. A camera on the windshield is filming everything when we drive up. Even your hame and yard. They record voice also. They have them sign a statement saying they will always be listening to everything said and can fire them for it. Even in the work vehicles. Again not the techs fault. We know what to do but our hands are tied. So my opinion from know facts. Don't use Sears It's not like it use to be.

You are an awful company. You don't stand behind your service warranty, you lie and never return calls. I go through hours and hours of waiting to talk to someone just to get transfered to someone that can't help. You get a ZERO on a scale of 1 to 10 from me. You take people's money for warranty and don't stand behind it. Been waiting to get my refrigerator replaced for a year now when you called and said someone will get back to me in an hour to set up a replacement a year ago. I haven't received a call from you yet and you won't answer my calls. What I am gonna get my lawyer to handle this. You are a bunch of liars and thieves for taking people's money.

The tech(David) was very rude and at first he said it was from dog and cart hair build up. After I proved I don’t have any pets other than fish he then decided it was operator error or the washer needed to be cleaned. And then lied on the report after I would not agreed to sign.
