John was an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable and personable. He showed up when he said he would and did what was necessary to repair my gas furnace. If I were to have any problems with anything that he was able to repair he would be my first choice always. Great job well done John. Kudos to your supervisor. Gale

Excellent job diagnosing issue with washer and providing an estimate for repair which helped decision to replace washer and also dryer because spouse wants paired appliances. Clean workplace and overall work.
