When Cory left after working on my dishwasher, parts fell off the bottom of my appliance. The door would not open fully and the next panel under the door was cockeyed. I sent him a text telling him what happened and he blew me off saying the screws didn't fit. Well that's funny because they had fit for several several years before my dishwasher broke. My son came over and took the parts and when he went to put them back on there was Parts under the dishwasher that had not been put back on and screws laying on the floor under it. So much for customer service from American Home Shield and Sears appliance repair. I guess I just should have gotten my son to fix it in the first place.

Although the company system is difficult to navigate and it is nearly impossible to speak with a live person, the technician, Jason was knowledgeable, timely, and overall very professional. He took the time to explain the problem and offer advice on how to avoid future problems and overall preventative maintenance.

Recently had a power outage with my Samsung Gas Range. Lost all power to the front panel and the oven door was locked because I was using the self cleaning function. Our appliances are covered by Sesrs and the technician that was assigned was Robert. He was very focused on the issue and meticulously checked the system and was able to pinpoint the problem. He also happened to have a replacement part with him and completed the repair work to our satisfaction. Kudos to Robert.
