Recently had a power outage with my Samsung Gas Range. Lost all power to the front panel and the oven door was locked because I was using the self cleaning function. Our appliances are covered by Sesrs and the technician that was assigned was Robert. He was very focused on the issue and meticulously checked the system and was able to pinpoint the problem. He also happened to have a replacement part with him and completed the repair work to our satisfaction. Kudos to Robert.
