They have cancelled twice. I have taken off of work to be home and then get updates all day long of estimated arrival. The first time they claimed they couldn’t get me and turned in the repair ticket as “completed”. The second time they put me off all day only to cancel 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and scheduled my repair for 10 days later. I have been waiting 21 days for a repair. Still no service and no phone calls from a real person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Robert came out and decided to need a new gasket. He told me he would order it and contact me when it got in. This went on for two weeks, and I texted him Four times to find out when the gasket would be in and when he would be back to fix it. I got one reply, and it said, there's no tracking number yet. After two weeks, I finally called the company again to get somebody else out here. The person that came today told me that it takes two to three days to get a gasket. That being said, I believe Robert just led me along because he didn't want to repair the job in my opinion, if Robert ever came to my house again, I would not answer the door. The worst repair man I've ever seen in my life. I cannot say one good thing about the person. if Robert ever comes to your house to repair your appliances. call the company and tell me one another repair person.

Armando came to my house, plugged in the washer, tried to run it. When the washer did not run correctly, Armando went outside, said he talked to choice home warranty and that they were going to replace the washer. Had me sign an estimate document for parts replacement which was weird, and left. 10 minutes later, I received an email from choice home warranty stating that the claim was denied and that the parts that were replaced by Armando previously were installed incorrectly so they were not going to replace the washer or pay to have the parts purchased again nor for the labor to do it. If I could give zero stars I would.

No one showed up. You collected your fee on line. I received a text claiming the technician was at my location but no one came to the door. I learned later that my dryer was declared not repairable.

I can’t reach anyone and it’s been almost 2 months since they came and looked at it telling me I need parts. I received one part for my dishwasher and I am not sure where the other part is and apparently they have to call me for me to get anyone which will take 24-72 hours… all the info they give me is the part hasn’t shipped yet… so if you want to wait for months to get things fixed sure use them. I have a home warranty and they use them. Which is why I haven’t picked someone else. I should have just went and bought a new one.. this is literally ridiculous!!

Trying to call the Store that's 20 minutes away from me to check parts availability and can only get a robot or someone based in India that doesn't speak enough English to be intelligible on the phone. What is wrong with having employees at the specific store listed answer the phone?

I purchased a GE washer that had many cycles which I loved and used for over a year. Recently the washer stopped draining and spinning out. When I called the warranty company they sent two young men from Sears. After telling me they cd find nothing wrong they gave me a lecture on how to use the washing machine. They said I cd no longer fill the washer up past medium and I cd not use the other functions, only normal wash. With that said why did I buy a washer with bells and whistles that I can no longer use. Of course I used the washer per their instructions and guess what, it still does not drain and spin. I have called back for another technician and I was told it will be at least another week before they can send someone. So you ask me if I’m satisfied, you take a guess.

First technician did not even bother to call. Doesn’t give a very good window of when you’re actually going to show up. Telling people you’re going to be there between 8 and 5 PM is unrealistic. in all fairness, the second technician the next day did call and was able to confirm when he would show up. The price of diagnostic was reasonable but it’s probably a lot cheaper to just go ahead and buy a new one.
