Home Hub makes scheduling the Sears Protect plan HVAC tune-ups a breeze! Schedule your free HVAC tune-ups through your customized Home Hub portal.

When requesting the HVAC tune-ups, keep in mind that we only schedule tune-ups during specific timeframes throughout the year. This allows us to make sure we can be available for our customers during the busy season if they are without their primary heating or cooling unit.

We schedule tune-ups during the following timeframes:

  • Cooling: February 1st through May 31st
  • Heating: August 1st through January 31st
