George was great. Always polite professional and knowledgeable. I do, however have a complaint about the automated system. Your site is difficult to navigate and you have no "speak to a human" choice. You also have to clean and maintenance choice for mower service so I just had to pay for a repair service when it was just a preventative maintenance service call

My technician Steve was very knowledgeable concerning my issue with my riding mower. I have been a long time customer of Sears. You need more technicians like Steve. Thanks and it was great to meet him. Sears riding mower back in stride for the 22nd years.

The service guy, Kyle, was great. Dealing with scheduling and correcting my address was a nightmare. Difficult to get a living person on the line. The AI questions are not helpful in all cases. It needs work!!

Joey has serviced my riding lawnmower multiple times. He always does a GREAT job, EFFICIENT at problem solving, PROFESSIONAL, and DEPENDABLE. I always request him as my tech when I need work performed. So happy to see him as my tech again today.
