The technition was great. I did have an appointment that no one showed up for and no one called me. The fact that you cannot talk to a human is absolutely horrible! The AI sucks and is not good customer service. Hire some humans!

Stephen was up front about the charges for repairing my riding mower. He explained what i needed to do to save money and repair the mower myself. He made me feel confident what to do and explained the potential costs and outcomes of his recommendations. I will do as he suggested and return to Sears if needed. He has earned my trust and i will continue to contact sears when i need help.
