Timothy was on time and quick to analyze the problem with my riding mower. He confirmed the drive belt had slipped off a pulley. He disassembled the mower so he could access the belt/pulley and reattach it. After reassembling, he tested that it operates correctly. He was at all times quick and efficient as well as friendly and respectful. I would welcome him back any time should my mower need repair.
