Marvin did a good job, no complaints. However it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of a real human to speak to in any type of customer support role. The automated system messed my scheduling up and I had no way to talk to someone to get it fixed before the initial appointment was missed altogether. Again - not the mechanics fault. I tried over 5 different numbers on the website and they all redirected me to the same prerecorded menu that has no way to reach a human representative. The ONLY real person other than the mechanic I spoke to the entire time was one calling me trying to up-sell me on purchasing a Sears home warranty. Why on earth would I be interested in that if I know how difficult it is to reach someone to actually talk to? I'm leaving 4 stars solely because the mechanic did a good job and is not to blame here. If this were a rating for Sears Home Services as a service, it would be the lowest rating available.

Service was as scheduled and tractor does seem better than before but continues with an ongoing vibration when the mower deck is engaged, that wasn't there prior to recent issues. Tractor and deck has always been smooth until recently

Oscar is a good service tech. He was knowledgeable about Sears products. He gives tips and recommendations about keeping a Craftman product running finely tuned.

Brent was excellent, obviously expert in his craft. He was thorough and complete. Also very easy to deal with and very informative. The only complain, is our appointment was confirmed for the original date, however, no one showed up and no phone call or message came until late the next evening.
