In a word, excellent ! David is truly a master mechanic/technician. He has worked on my Craftsman tractor over the past 8 years and is very knowledgeable and consistently accurate about diagnosing the problem whether mechanical or electrical ! I am an extremely satisfied customer and believe the labor costs are fair.
