The problem was just a battery but he checked all the switches to see if they were working properly. Very nice man, and now we can use our mower again. It's very stressful not having your mower.

In my short 50+ years on this earth I have rarely experience such professionalism and expertise from a service technician. Doug went above and beyond in repairing my mower and even went the extra EXTRA mile explaining to me functions and quirks specific to my mover. WHATEVER you are paying him it isn't enough and a substantial raise is certainly due. Thank you Doug and I know who to call if ever I need repairs going forward.
