If I could give 10 Stars to Scott, I would. This guys went out of his way to find a back ordered part that would have delayed repairs by 2 weeks. Scott found a part while on service in another city, bought the replacement part and cut my scheduled repair from 2 weeks to 2 days. They don't make 'em like this any more. Thanks Scott

Tyler was relentless in determining what part of my zero turn mower was defective. He spent much of his own time investigating and questioning other technicians to ascertain what the problem was.
