Communication was great and Roy spent a substantial amount of time troubleshooting my problem. Still a small issue to be addressed when he returns but overall, great professional service!! A+++

He showed up within the window of time provided and called after his last stop to let me know he was on his way. All requested service, oil change, lube, oil filter, fuel filter, tire pressure, changed my blades and removed the debris under the mower deck and ended with a power wash, all done within a 45 minute window. Now my Craftsman 46" ride on mower is running like a new machine. I was able to get a 25% credit because I have the Sears Home Appliance Warranty. Highly recommend.
