Experiences, Seasoned Technician!
Mark arrived ahead of schedule, and was just pulling in as I got his text. We discussed the Heat Alert - I like it when the techs arrive early in the day, so they have shade to work in from the house next door. He said he was fine - he exuded the confidence of a guy that's seen it all - his people skills are superb. We reviewed the issues with my mower, and he got right to work, having it fixed in about 15 minutes. I took a test ride to be sure all was well - it was. This is why I feel the money for my Service Contract was well spent. My thanks, Mark! :)
