Francis arrived on time and immediately diagnosed my lawn tractor problem and made the necessary repairs. Upon his operational check out the battery exploded. He made the trip to obtain a replacement battery, returned and installed a new battery in a most expeditious and professional manner. His workmanship, professional knowledge and courteous manner is commendable and should be recognized as a valuable representative of his employer.
