Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dose good work..Having to wait 3 weeks for parts didn't seem right. Not his fault 1st week he was over booked. Next week didn't have parts had to order them, 3rd week got my lawn tractor fixed.

The tech who did the repairs on my riding mower was great. He was friendly, resourceful and explained everything he was doing and why. Working with the Sears system was dreadful. After diagnostic visit, tech ordered parts. They were delivered quickly. I then scheduled appt for install - only way to do that is through electronic system. That is standard these days, so it's fine. What wasn't fine was when my wife took the day off for their 8a-5p window and no one showed up. Appointment was confirmed by sears electronic system, but there was no way at all to connect to a live person to get an update on why no one showed up. I had to schedule another appointment and hope for the best. Tech did show up and completed the repair.
