I was told someone would be here on Wednesday and no one showed up until Thursday. They did get the job done though. I would consider them experienced and expensive, and very knowledgeable.

Jim was great. He addressed problems and handled them with easy. We needed another part for the mower which I ordered from an online retailer. Jim rescheduled my appointment for the following week it arrived to my house by 9 am and finished the job. He also replaced the spark plug and tackled additional maintenance for me without me asking
