I wish we had realized that we could get this kind of service years ago from Sears Home Services. First and foremost, Stuart, is professional, courteous and persistent! He stuck with the job til all the problems were solved and fully explained what the issues were! Second, I signed up for the home services contract for all of our home appliances and was extremely pleased with the huge discount I got on this service. While Home Services is a very affordable service, the discount I received on the tractor repair yesterday (which took about 4 hours!) was amazing. Our ultimate cost was unreasonably appreciatively low! But Sears Home Services would nothing without dedicated courteous technicians like Stuart. They, he are/is your most valuable resource!

Shane did an outstanding job repairing my lawn tractor. He will always be welcome to handle my repairs. The SEARS phone system SUCKS!!! It is impossible to call in, talk to the individual answering the phone and get a decent response. I called 7 times one evening to get some information. The AI system answered the call, gave me 2 options - cancel the service or change the date. Since neither of these allowed me to ask a questions, the AI system said good by.

As always working with Joey is a great learning experience. He always gives me a abundance of good advice that you can't get out of the owners manual. He is a pleasure to work with and I always break into a smile when I see his Sears Van pull up to the driveway. Once again he got my Craftsman Riding Mower running better than ever!
