Great service
Stephen was friendly and took time to explain to my 20 something son what was wrong with the rider mower and what needed to be fixed. My son enjoyed his conversation and what Stephen did to fix the mower but not so happy to have to now mow the lawn.

Jim did a fine job diagnosing the issue with my lawn tractor (broken pusher rods) on the first day and ordered the parts. Came back a couple weeks later and promptly installed them. Communication was easy between him and I. Only issue was a scheduling snafu on Sears' part—no show/no call on second scheduled appointment date. I texted Jim personally and he was able squeeze me in the same day—he mentioned there was a new scheduling system that may have caused a casualty to my scheduled second appointment. All in all though I would highly recommend Jim's service. Prompt, communicative, and accurately fixed the problem once the correct parts were present.
