Chris advised me of the need for preventive maintenance, I accepted his advice and he proceeded to service three of my major appliances. He completed the work very skillfully. He is a real "Pro".

Jeff has been my serviceman for the past several years. Always on time and knows his job very well. It's a shame Sears is decided to eliminate its protection plan on lawn tractor's as I will miss seeing him and knowing when he is finished working on my tractor it will have been repaired properly.

Took little time for Oscar to troubleshoot the problem. New carburetor was needed for the craftsman 42 inch riding mower. Installed new carburetor, checked it out and was done in 30 minutes. Good work.

I have had all kinds of trouble with my mower this summer. The front wheels kept taking turns falling off. I ordered parts that took MONTHS to arrive, my usual tech would come and I thought things were fixed and I would mow and a wheel would come off halfway through the job. John arrived Tuesday, took one look at my mower said the problem was not the wheels so much as another part which he happened to have in his van. He was kind and said something like "Maybe the other tech just didn't know.....". I like John a lot, very personable and I feel he took care of the problem. I'll be mowing this weekend, I will find out, but I feel better about the whole thing now.
