After no repair shop was willing to even review my riding lawnmower repair, I reached out to Sears and I was able to have a same day service call to review the issue. Diagnosis was done on the spot, part ordered and 1 week later, my mower is back in business. Randy was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

on line appointment , asked on a Sunday, got a Monday appt. Got an email monday am saying tech was on way, in about a 1/2 hour, tech called to say he was on the way, arrived, got right into checking and fixing problem. explained what he was doing and gave me some points in case the same problem reoccurred . Very easy to do business with. I was impressed with the tech and with Sears for the rapid response to my problem.
